Introduction

Fiberglass PU Foam Sandwich Panel is made of FRP skin and PU foam with special adhesive bonding together. The FRP skin could be flat, embossed or colorful. It could also be glossy or standard surface. Such FRP PU foam panels are often used in refrigeration vans, buildings, wind turbine for heat insulation. The panel is light and high strength. Compared to traditional panels, it is easy maintaining, durable in harsh temperature and condition. The surface panel could be treated with different color. And the surface is friendly to food and long term use.

It’s normally 3 layers: FRP Skin + PU Foam + FRP Skin.

Application

Fiberglass PU Foam Sandwich Panel is often used as side walls, roof panels, floor panels, doors, partition, workbench, industrial panels, exterior ≥ interior panels in recreational vehicles,

canopy housing and rotor hoods in wind turbine. When used in sports, it’s used to produce elbow protector, kneepad, chest protector, helm, crash helmet for safety protection

It can also be used in radar, tooling and moulds, dock, building, bridge, shakiness, chemical barrier for akd, pipe and grates

Fiberglass laminate :1.0mm, 1.5mm , 2.0 mm in high gloss or Matte look

Core foam : PU (33, 40 or 50kg/m³)

Fiberglass laminate :1.0mm, 1.5mm , 2.0 mm in high gloss or Matte look

Wide range of available inserts: wooden laths, plates, surrounding beams - aluminium laths, plate tubes - steel laths, plates,

tubes - PUHD inserts - PVC tubes, meat hanging .
